Staff Management | SMX is looking for motivated, detail-oriented employees like you to start with us for our full-time Forklift Operator positions. The 2nd shift pay rate is $18.21 hr. Plus we offer an additional $0.50 per hour for perfect attendance for the week (per eligibility requirements). We also offer benefits, paid holidays, paid lunches, and sick time off. Duties:

Forklift Operators duties vary by department. Duties may include:

+ Perform job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards.

+ Operate all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).

+ Properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).

+ Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.

+ Correctly interpret operational method sheet.

+ Perform quality inspections.

+ Demonstrate a working knowledge of material flow tools.

+ Understand visual standards and nonconforming material system.

Position Requirements:

+ Must have Forklift experience.

+ Must have the ability to lift 10-45 lbs. from floor to shoulder height occasionally.

+ Must be able to alternate standing or sitting for up to 10 hours.

+ Manual dexterity and grip strength.

+ Normal or corrected vision to read directions and visually inspect parts; and to distinguish colors.

+ Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
