**Responsibilities include:**
- Loading/unloading freight with forklifts or manually while adhering to safety standards
- Using management systems to track shipment locations
- Securing freight with straps, airbags, and other tools to prevent damage
- Reading shipping labels and completing freight forms
- Supporting overall material handling and warehouse operations
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of safe lifting, freight procedures, and loading techniques
- Ability to operate equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
