Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Dock Workers to join a busy warehouse team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight, organizing shipments, building pallets, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or dock experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Willingness to work until daily production goals are met
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load and stack freight into trailers for outbound shipments
Unload incoming freight and organize materials as directed
Wrap pallets securely using stretch wrap
Build, stage, and prepare pallets for shipment
Break down cardboard boxes and dispose of packaging materials properly
Move products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Assist with additional warehouse and dock duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
Shipping and receiving experience
Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movement
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment while wearing required PPE
