Dock Worker Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a large Service Partner who is looking to immediately hire a part-time evening Dock Worker/Warehouse Worker for their Minneapolis facility. The Dock Worker will provide essential warehouse support by scanning, inspecting, and managing package transportation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organized, and ready to play a key role in the daily inbound and outbound operations. This is a part-time position located in Minneapolis, MN 55450.
Dock Worker Job Responsibilities:
- Scan Inbound and Outbound Packages During the Evening Shift
- Inspect Packages When Needed to Ensure Delivery Compliance
- Load Cans and Containers to be Transported to the Outbound Aircraft
- Assist With Unloading Cans for Delivery Drivers to Keep Operations Moving Efficiently
- Maintain a Clean Warehouse Environment & Proper Working Conditions at All Times
- Must Adhere to All Safety and Package Handling Requirements
Dock Worker Job Requirements & Working Conditions:- Must be Self-Motivated and Well-Organized
- Packages Average 10 lbs, But Must Have the Ability to Carry/Lift in Excess of 75 lbs
- Have Consistent Punctual Attendance for Evening Shifts (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Work Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Warehouse Environment
