Docket Clerk - Workplace Services Operations

Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000

LHH is working with a law firm to find an experienced Docket Clerk to support multiple West Coast offices. This role is critical to maintaining accurate docketing and calendaring systems, tracking legal deadlines, and providing administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain docketing and calendaring systems for multiple legal teams
  • Calendar court deadlines and filing dates using docketing software
  • Generate and distribute weekly docket and deadline reports
  • Review, save, and manage incoming court filings from various sources
  • Assist with preparing documents for filing with state and federal courts
  • Distribute calendar updates to attorneys and legal staff
  • Support mailing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of docketing experience
  • Required experience with CompuLaw
  • Experience using CourtAlert and CourtLink preferred
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures, filing requirements, and legal regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time?management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
