Growth Opportunity For A Paralegal Or ClerkGrowth opportunity for a Paralegal or Clerk within a Managing Attorneys office. Collaborative team with 3 days a week in office hybrid model.About Our ClientThis role is with a top ranked global law firm and sits within the Managing Attorney's office. The team is 10 people in New York City. This role is in-office three days a week in Midtown, Manhattan.Job DescriptionMaintain and manage the docketing system to track critical dates and deadlines.Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other relevant authorities in a timely manner.Review and verify the accuracy of legal filings and related documentation.Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure compliance with court requirements.Monitor and update case records and filing statuses regularly.Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding court filings and deadlines.Stay updated on changes to court rules and procedures to ensure compliance.Assist with administrative tasks related to the legal department as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
