Retail Associate / Dockhand

As a Retail Associate / Dockhand, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for visitors by assisting with retail sales, boat rentals, marina operations, and guest service. This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys an active work environment and thrives in a team setting.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with retail purchases and accurately process transactions.
• Prepare, launch, retrieve, and secure rental boats.
• Assist with boat and equipment rentals during our busy summer season.
• Lift, move, and transport boats, motors, and other marina equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail and dock area.
• Answer questions about fishing, boating, and lake recreation.
• Follow all marina safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds and perform physically active work.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Fishing and boating knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to swim.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule during peak season.

Pay

$17.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
