About the Role:
Proprioceptive Solutions LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our growing team in beautiful La Jolla, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement-related conditions
  • Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture and support continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible California Physical Therapy license
  • Experience with proprioceptive training, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation preferred
  • Strong manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
