    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

    Lufkin, Texas | Full-Time | Reports to Clinic Owners

    Candidates with knowledge of modern physical therapy CRM and billing software will be preferred.

    This is also a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility. While not required, candidates with licensing and/or experience in Aquatic Therapy, Industrial Rehabilitation, Speech Pathology, or Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab will be strongly considered.

    What You'll Do

    Clinical Excellence

    • Evaluate patients and design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

    • Coordinate with aides/techs to ensure they deliver extraordinary care on the treatment plans designed by the therapist.

    • Maintain documentation on patient evaluation and follow up care.

    • Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients.

    • Responsible for maintaining and strengthening clinic reputation amongst the community.

    Leadership & Team Collaboration

    • Along with the other hired PT, be accountable for reaching annual business goals set by the owner.

    • Manage the day to day interaction and more importantly the long term careers of the aides and tech

    • Interaction with front office to understand the business metrics at all time so ad hoc adjustments can be made if necessary

    • Futuristic thinking to innovate beyond the status quo of the business

    Practice Growth & Innovation

    • Contribute ideas to modernize systems, processes and technology.

    • Identify expansion opportunities and/or potential operational improvement.

    • Eventual participation and/or ownership of business growth trajectory.

    Success Profile (First 36 Months)

    • Completely take over evaluation and treatment design duties from current physical therapist/founder

    • Created successful working relationship and trust with aides and techs

    • Be a meaningful part of the technological and process change to modernize business

    • Clearly demonstrates ability to meet business results

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

    • Active (or eligible) Texas licensure.

    • 2+ years of experience preferred; exceptional new grads considered.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
