WHAT YOULL DO
Scan, review, and validate documents for accuracy and image quality Verify and update information to ensure data matches source documents Perform data entry and research activities related to account records Prepare, sort, and organize documents for processing workflows Complete routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of scanning equipment
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
High School Diploma or GED required Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Data entry skills of 45+ words per minute Ability to work accurately with high volumes of documents and information DMV title processing experience is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and document handling Ability to lift and move files or document boxes up to 20 pounds Ability to read printed and digital documents with attention to detail
