Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Document Control Analyst 2 to manage engineering documentation, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Program Management teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of product changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage document control activities, including ECOs, BOMs, drawings, specifications, and controlled documents.
• Support configuration management and change control processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering and manufacturing changes are properly documented and implemented.
• Maintain document control procedures, retention standards, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
• Monitor document accuracy, process metrics, and performance while identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Support PLM, ERP, and document management system enhancements and optimization.
• Provide guidance, training, and process support to document control team members.
• Ensure documentation meets internal quality standards and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Document Control, Engineering Services, Manufacturing Support, or related areas.
• Strong experience with ECO, BOM, Configuration Management, PLM, and Engineering Documentation.
• Experience with technical drawings, specifications, product configurations, and controlled documentation.
• Proficiency with PLM, ERP, Document Management Systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Program Management teams.

Preferred Experience

• Electronics/EMS, semiconductor, medical device, aerospace/defense, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, Arena, or Enovia.
• Quality audit and compliance documentation experience.
• Experience with process improvement, metrics, and change management.
