Job Description:

"Lead and manage document control operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of engineering change orders (ECOs), bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, specifications, and customer documentation.
Oversee document control analysts and coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality, and program management teams to ensure product changes are properly documented and implemented.
Establish and maintain document control procedures, configuration management practices, document retention standards, and compliance requirements to support business and customer needs.
Monitor document control metrics, process performance, audit readiness, and data accuracy, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Guide system enhancements, process optimization projects, and training initiatives related to document management systems, engineering documentation, and change control processes.
