ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator to support document control, change management, training records, and quality system documentation within a regulated medical device environment. This role plays an important part in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of controlled documents while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams.   • Process new and revised documents through the document control and change management system
  • Review document change orders and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Release controlled documents and ensure required approvals are in place
  • Maintain employee training records and training databases
  • Verify required training has been completed prior to document release
  • Maintain standards databases and controlled quality system documentation
  • Distribute and maintain current document revisions at points of use
  • Archive superseded documents and quality records in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain training records, inspection records, job descriptions, and other controlled records
  • Support ongoing quality system and compliance activities
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary and sensitive information

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or a related administrative quality function
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, etc.
  • Experience working with document control or change management systems
  • Experience maintaining databases and controlled records
  • Basic understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe products
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
