Document Control Specialist

Volt is immediately hiring a Document Control Specialist in Carpinteria, CA

As a Documentation Control Specialist, you will:

•  Maintain and update document control logs, databases, and quality systems records
• Coordinate review, revision, and approval of SOPs, quality manuals, procedures and specifications
• Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers and review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Support creation and maintenance of regulatory filing documents and electronic document systems
• Maintain documentation related to good manufacturing practices (GMP), good laboratory practices (GLP), and good clinical practices (GCP) procedure manuals and change authorizations in accordance with company policies and government regulations
• Provide training on quality documentation tracking systems and processes

This is a full-time opportunity.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift:7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in document control, quality assurance, or regulated environments
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Agile or product lifecycle/document management systems (preferred)

This is a 100% onsite role in Carpinteria, CA. Must be able to report onsite daily.

Pay Rate:? $27.00 - $30.08 per hour

 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
