Document Control Specialist - Casa Grande, AZ Nutrition Plant
This Document Control Specialist will be responsible for providing support and / or oversight in the Sanitation department in relation to day to day responsibilities, troubleshooting, root cause / corrective action investigations and process improvements.
Position Summary
Responsible for supporting and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely product release.

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You'll Work On:
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and sanitation procedures, including oversight of third-party vendors
Lead and prioritize daily and weekly sanitation activities to maintain high housekeeping standards across designated plant areas
Monitor cleanliness of all assigned areas and verify GMP readiness through routine inspections of cleaning routes
Provide coaching and feedback to sanitation team members; support training and onboarding as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure sanitation activities support uninterrupted plant operations
Manage sanitation-related inventory, including cleaning and gowning supplies; place orders and resolve supply or service issues with vendors
Submit, track, and monitor work orders, preventive maintenance (PMs), and repair requests
Troubleshoot sanitation equipment issues and partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution
Meet regularly with vendors to review performance, address concerns, and ensure service quality
Communicate effectively with leadership regarding team performance, operational challenges, and continuous improvement opportunities
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
Shift - 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday (subject to change due to the needs of the business)
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing sanitation experience is a plus but no required.

The base pay for this position is
$19.05 – $38.15/hourIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
