Document Control Specialist

Support manufacturing operations by managing quality documentation, revision control, and records management to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and NQA-1 standards. This role partners with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and support continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control quality documents, records, and engineering documentation.
• Manage document revisions, distribution, retention, and records requests.
• Review turnover packages and customer submittals for accuracy and completeness.
• Support internal and external audits through effective document control practices.
• Track quality metrics and assist with reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of document control, records management, or document administration experience.
• Experience managing revision-controlled documents in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to review technical documents, drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, audits, or quality compliance processes preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical documentation packages, and database systems.

Work Environment

• Westminster, CO
• 100% onsite manufacturing environment
• Monday-Thursday: 9-hour days; Friday: half day (40-hour workweek)

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
