Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a capital equipment or electromechanical environment
- Proficiency with Arena PLM, familiar with SolidWorks, OnShape CAD, and NetSuite ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of revision control, ECO process, change management, and release control
- Experience supporting R&D, NPI, and manufacturing functions
- Knowledge of documentation procedures in fast-paced, start-up environments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage document control activities including revision control, change orders, and release processes
- Support R&D, NPI, and manufacturing teams with documentation and process compliance
- Maintain and update product lifecycle data within Arena PLM and NetSuite ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with ECO and change management procedures
- Assist in streamlining document workflows to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment
