Summary:

  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, receive, issue, track, distribute, and archive all technical drawing requests, files, and issue packages using the Electronic Document Management (EDM) System for all UST O&M, Capital, and Core project work.
  • Identify and investigate specific issues related to data quality, process management, or other gaps.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to present data reports and summaries.
  • Assist external consultants and internal groups with information, standards, and procedures for drawing control projects.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of drawing control standards and procedures for UST.
  • Ensure the integrity of technical drawing and metadata quality within the EDM System.
  • Provide construction and as-building drawing coordination and services using Meridian Document control software for EPC-assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with Drawing Control Analysts and Drafters to maintain data integrity within the Meridian system.
  • Manage time and priorities independently while adapting approaches to new tasks.

Requirements:

  • Related Technology Diploma or a combination of related certification and 0-3 years of related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources effectively in a deadline-oriented, customer service environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Capability to resolve technical and analytical problems with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible, and a team player with a strong work ethic and initiative.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
  • Experience with Meridian or compatible drawing management systems and oil & gas industry experience.
