The ideal candidate will have strong experience in documentation control, records management, and process governance for equipment retirement and scrap operations and a proven ability to resolve documentation gaps, maintain compliance, and enable smooth operational and financial closure activities.Responsibilities:Resolve documentation gaps, errors, and missing evidence for retired tools to ensure readiness for scrap operations.Centralize logging, tracking, and control of project documentation including scrap labels, scrap certificates, and CODs where applicable, with supporting evidence.Verify documentation completeness within internal systems prior to operational and financial closure for retirement activities.Maintain and update wiki and process pages, job aids, and release notes to guide tool owners and stakeholders on equipment deinstallation.Assist global program management with data collection and entry to support process needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in document control, records management, and compliance for asset retirement or manufacturing environments.Ability to perform closed-loop verification and reconcile documentation to meet audit and record retention requirements.Proficiency with centralized tracking systems and strong attention to detail for evidence management.3-5 years of relevant work experience.Associate's degree required.
