SALARY: $18.50 per hour

LOCATION: SACRAMENTO, CA

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Long-Term Opportunity

(Occasional overtime, evening, holiday, or weekend shifts may be required.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Process and review documents while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Enter, update, and verify information in electronic systems and databases.

• Organize, sort, and prepare records for processing and retention.

• Research and resolve routine administrative inquiries and discrepancies.

• Support daily office operations through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical, administrative, data entry, or office support role.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based applications.

• Experience performing high-volume, detail-oriented work with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires extended periods of sitting, computer use, and repetitive keyboarding throughout the workday. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
