Position Summary
The Associate, Corporate Governance provides administrative and operational support for the Corporate Policy Office (CPO), which sits within Risk Management and is responsible for the Company Document Governance program. This role assists with document lifecycle activities, quality reviews, and governance reporting to support the effective administration of Company Documents. The Associate helps maintain governance records, document inventories, job aids, and reporting while supporting the review, maintenance, and publication of Company Documents in accordance with established governance standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the publication and maintenance of Company Documents within the designated system of record.
Perform quality assurance reviews of Company Documents to ensure adherence to approved templates, formatting standards, naming conventions, document classifications, and governance requirements.
Assist with document lifecycle activities, including, but not limited to tracking annual reviews, extensions, and archival activities.
Review document records and metadata for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and coordinate updates with document owners and other stakeholders as needed.
Help maintain governance records, inventories, trackers, and repositories to support accurate document administration and reporting.
Support the preparation of periodic governance reporting and executive-level materials by gathering, validating, and organizing information related to Company Document inventories, review status, exceptions, overdue items, and program metrics.
Support team governance meetings and working sessions by preparing materials, tracking action items, documenting outcomes, and assisting with follow-up activities.
Respond to routine inquiries regarding document governance processes, procedures, and document status.
Assist with maintaining Corporate Policy Office procedures, job aids, communications, training materials, and other reference documentation.
