Document/Process Control Engineer (HPE – SVC)Job Overview: A Document/Process Control Engineer manages, maintains, and controls project documentation, including technical documents such as drawings, blueprints, work instructions (SOPs), and process documentation, and assists the Quality Engineer with the Documentation Library.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company's document library.Review all documentation with the Engineering team to ensure it is up-to-date and accurately depicts the activity described.Ensure the latest approved document is available to appropriate personnel at the appropriate workstation.Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Train employees on document control policies and best practices.Prepare reports on document control activities for management.Assist personnel with document requests and provide updates on document status.Special SkillsStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management software, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Understanding of engineering and technical documentation, knowledge of quality control standards, ISO knowledge beneficial.CompetenceStrong organizational skills, proficiency in document management software and the MS Office suite, and meticulous attention to detail.Experience RequirementsMinimum 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, manufacturing and engineering, or a related field.Education and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, plus some additional specialized training.Associates/Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (such as mechanical or electrical), business administration, or information management.To comply with government Equal Employment Opportunity and/or affirmative action reporting regulations, we are requesting (but NOT requiring) that you enter this personal data.
