Summary
Reporting to the Credit and Loan Control – Vice President, this role involves monitoring, supporting, and reporting daily operations within the Credit and Loan Control Document Control function. Responsibilities include Vault Custody support, ensuring accountability of transaction documentation, processing to the bank's optical imaging system, and filing in the bank's vault. This function ensures the control of transaction documentation related to credit facilities and their safekeeping.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the Vault Custody function.
- Serve as a contact point for Front Office and Client Operations regarding CLU's Vault Custody activities.
- Ensure timely processing of transaction information, including receipt, scanning, and filing of loan documentation.
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to CLU's Document Custody work.
- Provide periodic status reports of the bank vault and contents as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by CCU Unit Head or Vice President.
Compliance
- Obtain a basic understanding of applicable rules and regulations governing the Bank.
- Direct questions about rules and regulations to the Americas Legal and Compliance Division.
- Attend Annual Compliance Training.
- Respond to compliance-related materials as necessary.
- Comply with the Bank's "Code of Conduct".
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 5-10 years' experience in Corporate Banking/Corporate Finance Documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- ONBASE experience (optional).
