Document Processing Specialist
Pay: $17.00 $17.50/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: onsite - Dearborn, MI 48126

Overview
Support daily document processing operations in a professional office environment by preparing, scanning, and auditing documents for electronic storage. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Document Processing
- Open, sort, and organize incoming mail.
- Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic records.
- Audit digital documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Maintain organized document files and records.
Administrative Support
- Operate scanners, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Complete document processing and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure documents are processed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 2 years of document processing, administrative, office support, or related experience.
- Previous copy center or document processing experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience operating scanners, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic math and filing skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for the majority of the shift.
