SUMMARYDocument Production Team Members are responsible for producing accurate digital documents and transcription output in alignment with documented standards, client specifications, and assigned priorities.This is an execution-focused role with responsibility for meeting defined productivity, accuracy, and quality targets while completing work in the correct sequence to support SLAs.Team Members operate within structured workflows, apply standards consistently, and seek clarification when needed. This role does not include ownership of workflow decisions, quality standards, or process design.
