Job Title: Documentation Clerk – Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
Location: Calumet City IL
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (Limited to no overtime)
Part-Time Option: Available (20 hours/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to support the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Department. This role involves assisting with document management and maintaining accurate records to support departmental operations.
Note: client is only looking manufacturing and Gmp Regulated industry background exp
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update procedures using Microsoft Office tools.
- Sort, organize, and file documents efficiently.
- Shred and securely dispose of outdated documents.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of records.
Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
