Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Documentation Control Analyst to join a client in Birmingham, Alabama. 

 

Position Summary:

The qualified individual will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying patterns and trends, and developing recommendations for improving processes and controls. The incumbent plays a critical role in identifying and investigating inaccuracies in data to ensure the overall quality and controls are in compliance for the integrity and stability of the organization and its operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for verifying new agreements, change requests, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain internal and external contract information.
  • Manage timelines for contract renewal, expirations and terminations.
  • Review, validate and resolve data inaccuracies.
  • Coordinate, support, conduct, and maintenance audits cycles.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and reporting.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, business partners and internal staff.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with individual responsibilities and tasks.
  • Capable of researching, analyzing data and presenting recommendations.
  • Self-managed, multi-tasker with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintains current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work onsite daily.
