Role: Document Control Coordinator
Work Location: Burlington, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible 7–4 or 9–6)
Target Start Date: Immediate
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Rate: $22/hr on w2


Managing the archival room and sending documentation offsite to Iron Mountain -Receive and archive/file executed quality-related documentation and records (physical records) in a secure documentation area onsite and offsite—control access to onsite documentation area(s) and track document and record submission and removal activities. -Support in creating, assigning numbers to, and tracking the issuance, closure, and reconciliation of logbooks and laboratory notebooks. Maintain and archive quality logbooks, as required, in accordance with appropriate procedures.

Requirements
Degree: HS graduate or Associates Degree -Requires 0-2 years of related experience -Must have excellent documentation skills -Must be organized and able to coordinate activities with internal departments and outside vendors -Attention to detail and accuracy a must -Team player, good written/oral communicator -Able to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment - Can work independently

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Inventory and prepare boxes for Iron Mountain
  • Data entry, Excel reporting, documentation prep & printing
  • Logbook entries and record management
  • Support DHR record preparation for production
  • Work independently

Profile / Must-Haves:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe (preferred)
  • Recent grads with AA or BA encouraged
  • Organized and dependable
