Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, Information Management, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, documentation, records management, customer service, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
