The Technical Content Writer / Documentation Specialist is the bridge between our complex engineering and the clarity our users deserve. At CoreBridge Technologies, we build B2B workflow automation and data processing platforms. However, even the most powerful software is useless if no one understands how to use it.
Your primary mission is to transform intricate technical concepts—APIs, JSON structures, and system logic—into plain, accessible English. You will own the entire user-facing documentation ecosystem, including help articles, API guides, release notes, and onboarding materials. You won't just be writing; you will be structuring how our users learn and succeed with our product.
-Produce and maintain user-facing documentation - including help articles, API guides, release notes, and onboarding materials
- Work alongside engineers, product owners, and support staff to capture feature details and translate them into accessible content
- Review and refresh existing documentation to keep it accurate, consistent, and up to date
- Develop documentation templates and contribute to our internal style guide
- Read and interpret API specifications (OpenAPI / Swagger) to create precise technical references
- Manage documentation versions and ensure timely publication alongside software releases
- Bonus: familiarity with Markdown, Git, and documentation platforms like Docusaurus or ReadMe

- Some experience with writing or documentation - this could be from a previous job, freelancing, academic work, or even a strong blog or GitHub portfolio. We don't require a specific number of years. If you have a solid foundation, we can teach you the rest
- Good command of written English - you can explain ideas clearly and structure information logically
- Familiarity with any documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Markdown editors, or similar) - we don't expect you to know our entire stack from day one
- Basic understanding of how web applications work (HTTP, APIs, JSON) - enough to follow technical conversations
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Reliable internet and availability for 40 hours per week, with overlap during US working hours (e.g., 9am-2pm Central or Eastern time - we can work out the exact schedule)
