Seeking a Skilled Right of Way Document Specialist to support land acquisition activities within a utility service area.
Responsibilities include supporting multiple projects, managing files per land procedures, preparing pre-survey lists, assisting with landowner mailouts, and processing document recordations at county courthouses.
Performs title research, verifies landownership online, and ensures accurate data entry in document management systems.
Prepares and reviews acquisition documents for accuracy and completeness, and maintains organized files.
Requirements include 2-5 years of experience in land rights or document management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and physical ability to perform duties.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
