Position Summary The Documentation Specialist develops, organizes, and maintains technical, operational, and end-user documentation to support software applications, business processes, and IT systems. Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, operating procedures, and training materials.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
Develop online help systems, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to gather information.
Ensure documentation remains accurate and current throughout the system lifecycle.
Maintain document version control and publication standards.
Support training initiatives through the development of instructional materials.
Review documentation for quality, completeness, and consistency.
