Job Description:

Documentation Specialist

Location: Boulder, Colorado (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to provide administrative support with a high degree of expertise in quality environments. This role supports a supplier quality management team by improving processes, managing documentation, and organizing electronic filing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with GMP, understand compliance and quality standards, and be proficient with various documentation and organizational tools. This position is not a lab-based or quality control role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the supplier quality management team with cleaning up processes and documentation.
  • Manage and improve electronic filing systems.
  • Support vendor qualification processes within a GMP framework.
  • Handle SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation.
  • Utilize tools such as Smartsheets, Excel, and SharePoint to organize and consolidate information.
  • Ensure all documentation activities adhere to compliance and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Experience in a GMP environment is required, including familiarity with GMP language and batch records.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems is necessary, including Excel, Smartsheets, and SharePoint. Experience with MasterControl is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6+ months, with the possibility of extensions. The role requires an initial training period of five days onsite, followed by a standard hybrid schedule of 1-2 days per week onsite.

Compensation and Benefits

For this role, the compensation is between $27.00 and $32.00 per hour.
