Target Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Job Summary:
Seeking a Documentation Specialist to support document control and quality system activities for a leading scientific manufacturing organization. In this role, you will maintain controlled documentation and records that support the Quality Management System, including creating and reviewing labels, certificates, SOPs, and other quality documents. The ideal candidate has document control experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.
"Must Have" Skills:
- 2-5 years of document control, quality documentation, or records management experience
- Experience creating, revising, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documents
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (Pivot Tables a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review documentation for accuracy
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment preferred
Job Duties:
- Create bottle sheets and documentation for packaging and label production
- Print, review, and verify labels and certificates for stock and custom products
- Update and reformat certificates generated outside of the LIMS system
- Archive controlled documentation and maintain document records
- Assist with SOP creation, revisions, and document lifecycle management
- Support Sales and Operations with certificate, SDS, and document requests
- Coordinate document releases and communicate updates to affected departments
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and quality standards
- Assist cross-functional teams with drafting and revising procedures and work instructions
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based quality records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or computer-related education preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
