Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily dog care operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Lead and train a team of dog care staff in best practices and customer service.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities for dogs to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Communicate with management regarding dogs' needs and behaviors during daycare and boarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of dog care activities and health checks.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing appointments for grooming and training services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in dog care or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of dog behavior, health, and grooming needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.
  • Certification in pet first aid and CPR is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for animal welfare and a positive attitude towards all pets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
