Puppy Luv Pet Services is a boutique luxury pet care company serving Arlington, Alexandria, and the Washington DC area. Since 2012 we have built a loyal, high-end clientele through preferred partnerships with some of the DMV's most prestigious residential communities. Our grooming team is led by professionals with 10 and 15 years of experience respectively, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.
This is a part-time position designed to work around your existing schedule. If you are currently grooming and have open days, we want to fill them for you.
What We Offer
- 50% commission on every groom you perform
- Schedule flexibility — we accommodate your availability, not the other way around
- Grooming services priced from $80 to $120 per appointment, meaning real earning potential per day
- A professional boutique environment with an established, loyal clientele
- A team led by groomers with a combined 25 years of professional experience
- Grooming days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10am to 5pm
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional grooming experience in a salon or pet care environment
- Proficiency in breed-specific cuts and full-service grooming
- Strong handling skills with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Professional communication with pet owners
- Someone who takes pride in their craft and holds themselves to a high standard
Preferred But Not Required
- Certification from a recognized grooming school or association
- Experience in a luxury or boutique grooming environment

This position is ideal for an experienced groomer who already has a primary schedule and is looking to maximize their earning potential on available days. You will not be starting from scratch. You are stepping into an established book of business with a clientele that values premium grooming and pays for it.
