About the Role:
Sparkle grooming Co  is looking for a passionate and skilled Dog Groomer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to do what you love every day — working with dogs and making them look and feel their best. Responsibilities:

• Perform full-service dog grooming including bathing, drying, brushing, and haircuts
• Trim nails, clean ears, and provide other finishing grooming services
• Assess each dog's coat condition and recommend appropriate grooming treatments
• Handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments with care and patience
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe grooming environment
• Communicate with pet owners about their dog's grooming needs and preferences and memberships
• Monitor pets for signs of illness, injury, or unusual behavior and report concerns
• Must be able to learn and to communicate to the cleints the services Sparkle offers and dicuss prices and memberships

Requirements:

• Previous professional dog grooming experience preferred
• Proficiency in breed-specific cuts and grooming styles
• Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Knowledge of grooming tools, equipment, and safe handling techniques
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a true animal lover
