This is a demanding, hands-on, and rewarding profession for someone ready to build real skills and make a real impact. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A sickening work ethic (seriously—we mean it)Exceptional time management skillsDetail-oriented mindsetMust live in Dayton or surrounding areasAbility to board at least 2 dogs in your home for 14 daysReliable transportationBasic video editing skills (iMovie preferred)Familiar with social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)Willing to complete a 17-day trainer certification course in Virginia DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Train dogs of all sizes, breeds, and agesWork with behavior issues ranging from anxiety to aggressionInteract professionally with clients and the publicContinue developing your skills in both dog training and client educationAttend PR and community eventsThis is not for everyone—but for the right person, it’s an incredible opportunity to build a meaningful career doing something you love.
