Must be a US Citizen who must be able to acquire a Public Trust. Statement of Work: The client supports the Department of Justice to maintain and enhance various Drupal applications that are external and internal facing: justice.gov, foia.gov, ada.gov, adr.gov, usmarshals.gov, dojnet.doj.gov, vcf.gov, and lep.gov. Task Description: The client Project team is seeking a senior drupal web architect to support the client work effort on public facing US Federal agency websites. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously on challenging projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Required skills/Level of Experience: 9-10 years of experience as a web architect supporting large website implementation 5-6 years of expertise with Drupal Experience with and working level of Git (installation, configuration, repository creation, commands, branching, merging, and tagging) Experience with Drupal custom module development Expertise in writing PHP code Experience in writing JavaScript code Experience with and working level knowledge of Linux command lines Experience helping/coordinating the preparation of testing and implementation plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills and work well in a team environment Ability to work well under pressure, work multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines Candidate must be able to work independently on complex designs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice to have skills: 1-2 years working knowledge of Acquia cloud Working knowledge of testing frameworks Experience with local development environments Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
