Domestic Operation Agent

Select Staffing is seeking a Domestic Operations Agent who will responsible for coordinating and managing U.S. shipments across air and ocean freight.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic shipments via air and ocean from pickup through final delivery
- Apply domestic routing principles to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of freight
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and air waybills
- Ensure compliance with TSA regulations and domestic cargo security requirements
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams to manage shipment flow
This role requires a strong understanding of domestic routing, TSA regulations, and logistics documentation, along with fast and accurate data entry to support efficient, compliant operations.
