Director of Nursing (DON) ? Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate nursing team members. Ensure high-quality resident care and oversee assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation.
