Donor Engagement Representative – Entry Level

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Engage with donors, supporters, and community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate individuals about nonprofit missions, charitable programs, and community impact efforts
• Build positive relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized engagement
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns and initiatives
• Support donor acquisition and fundraising efforts through face-to-face outreach
• Assist with event preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown
• Collect supporter feedback and maintain accurate engagement records
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
• Represent nonprofit organizations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
