As a Donor Milk Processing Technician, you will be responsible for
- Processing donor milk according to established procedures and safety protocols
- Following detailed production and handling procedures to ensure product quality and safety
- Measuring, labeling, and documenting materials with a high degree of accuracy
- Operating processing equipment and monitoring production activities
- Maintaining detailed records and completing required documentation
- Following strict sanitation, cleanliness, and contamination-prevention procedures
- Preparing products for storage and distribution
- Assisting with inventory management and material handling activities
- Maintaining compliance with all quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory requirements
