As a Donor Relations Specialist, you will secure food and product donations through relationship-building with food industry partners while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory, reporting and logistics. You will play a key role in Retail Recovery, Food Purchasing and Emergency Response efforts, with frequent travel throughout the service area. Success in your first 6-12 months looks like developing a reliable donor network, increasing high-value donation opportunities, maintaining accurate sourcing data and contributing to consistent, efficient food availability for individuals and families we serve.

Safety Sensitive DesignationThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law. Employees in safety sensitive roles perform duties where even a momentary lapse in concentration could result in injury to themselves, others or cause environmental harm. The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is not permitted to hire applicants who hold a medical marijuana card for safety sensitive positions, in compliance with state law.
Physical & Environmental ExpectationsWork is primarily performed in an environmentally controlled office or vehicle setting with minimal exposure to environmental hazards. The role requires extended periods of sitting, safe vehicle operation, fine motor coordination and occasional movement of objects up to 10 pounds. Significant travel may be required, up to 75 percent of the time, with occasional on-call responsibilities and work outside regular hours based on business needs. All work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and applicable wage and hour laws.
