We are seeking a dedicated Donor Relations Specialist for a five-month temporary assignment to support donor engagement and stewardship efforts. This role is essential in strengthening relationships, improving donor retention, and supporting key fundraising initiatives during a defined coverage period.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute donor engagement and stewardship strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage donor data and ensure accuracy across CRM systems including Blackbaud Raiser s Edge and related platforms
Support donor recognition efforts, campaigns, events, and volunteer engagement activities
Assist with donor communications, fundraising materials, and stewardship reporting
Support email marketing and social media content related to donor engagement and storytelling
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, contributions, and engagement activity
Collaborate with development, marketing, and communications teams to strengthen outreach efforts
Support relationship-building with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations
