Position Summary:
The Donor Relations & Volunteer Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Adirondack Health Foundation. This position is responsible for donor stewardship, accurate donor recordkeeping, gift processing, day-to-day Foundation operations, and managing the volunteer program at AH. This role ensures exceptional donor and volunteer experiences while supporting the Foundation’s fundraising and community engagement efforts.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in donor relations, operations, or volunteer coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a donor- and volunteer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (DonorPerfect, Raiser’s Edge, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Publisher).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability for events required

Salary Range:
$ 49,553-$63,764 per year
