Location: Hybrid - Kansas City, MO

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $23.82 / hour with overtime pay.

Hours/Schedule: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. | Rotating 2-3 days | Every other weekend

Step into a uniquely meaningful role as a Donor Services Coordinator, where every conversation and medical chart review contributes to restoring sight and changing lives.

What You'll Do:

• Speak with donor families experiencing grief and guiding them through the donation process.
• Review donor's medical records, complete questionnaires, and communicate with medical staff to determine donor eligibility.
• Coordinate with funeral homes, medical examiner offices, and hospitals to dispatch Recovery Technicians to donor locations.
• Work independently and as a team to make critical decisions and solve problems relating to donation criteria.

How You'll Be Challenged in This Role:

• The donation industry requires 24/7 coverage, even on holidays and weekends.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; empathetic by nature.
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft software, database management, and/or phone systems.
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and manage shifting priorities.
• Customer service, social work, insurance claims or healthcare industry experience is a plus!
