Job Title: Donor Stewardship ManagerLocation: 5100 Tice St. Fort Myers, FL 33905Employment Type: Full-Time / Salary / ExemptGoodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Donor Stewardship Manager to develop and implement strategies that strengthen donor relationships, enhance the donor experience, and support long-term philanthropic growth. The Donor Stewardship Manager leads donor stewardship, recognition, engagement, and impact reporting efforts while helping ensure donors remain informed, connected, and engaged with Goodwill Southwest Florida's mission and community impact. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement donor stewardship and engagement strategies that strengthen donor retention and support long-term relationship development.Coordinate donor communications, impact reporting, and stewardship initiatives to enhance donor engagement and satisfaction.Manage giving societies, donor recognition programs, and donor engagement activities.Plan and execute donor cultivation, stewardship, recognition, appreciation, and engagement events.Support donor moves management activities and engagement strategies.Coordinate donor acknowledgment, recognition, and stewardship processes to ensure timely and meaningful donor engagement.Collaborate with the Director of Brand Engagement to develop donor-focused content, impact stories, and stewardship communications.Monitor stewardship activities, engagement outcomes, and participation trends and recommend opportunities for improvement.Support campaign stewardship efforts, naming opportunities, and donor recognition initiatives.Develop and maintain positive relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders.Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.Three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, stewardship, constituent engagement, community engagement, or a related field.Experience planning donor or community engagement events preferred.Experience working with donor databases or CRM systems preferred.Nonprofit experience preferred.Knowledge of fundraising, donor stewardship, constituent engagement, and relationship management principles.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders.Strong event planning, project management, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to donor service excellence.Ability to analyze engagement activities and recommend improvements.Proficiency with donor databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
