Position OverviewStand-By Personnel is seeking
two dependable Door Assemblers / Hardware Installers for a manufacturing opportunity in Tulsa. This position is responsible for assembling door components, installing applicable hardware, following work orders and measurements, and ensuring finished products meet established quality standards.
Candidates should be comfortable using
hand and power tools, following assembly instructions, and performing detailed hands-on work in a production environment.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow work orders
Ability to follow measurements and assembly specifications
Strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy
Ability to assemble components according to instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble door components according to specifications
Install applicable door hardware as directed
Read and follow production work orders
Review measurements before beginning assembly
Use hand tools during assembly operations
Safely operate applicable power tools
Position and align door components
Fasten and secure parts according to instructions
Verify completed assemblies meet specifications
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Identify damaged or defective components
Correct applicable assembly concerns as directed
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Assist coworkers with additional production responsibilities
Perform additional door assembly and manufacturing duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, positioning, pushing, and pulling
Ability to safely lift and move door components and materials as required
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for assembly
Comfortable performing repetitive production work
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and materials
Ability to wear all required PPE
