Description:
Assembling an entire product or component of a product. Assembler can perform all tasks conducted in the assembly process.

Responsibilities

  1. Read and comprehend instructions and follow procedures
  2. Take measurements to ensure fit of components
  3. Align material and put together parts to build residential door units
  4. Check doors to ensure highest quality
  5. Maintain equipment in good condition
  6. Keep records of production quantities and time
  7. Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts

 

Hours are M-F 7am-4pm. Overtime is mandatory, and we will work till 5pm through the week and from 7am-12pm on Saturdays as needed.
 

Requirements

  1. Carpentry skills and knowledge
  2. Ability in using power tools, hand tools and saws
  3. Good understanding of quality control principles
  4. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  5. Good hand-eye coordination
  6. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs at times.
